Executive Sales Assistant TubeMogul

We are seeking an individual who has proven abilities to understand and thrive, work independently, exercise good judgment and discretion, and is ready to be a part of this exciting opportunity. You must be willing to wear multiple hats, have a "do what it takes" attitude, while still being able to conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism.
Assist the regional Vice President of Sales in all aspects of sales and operations processes including but not limited to:
Executive support: calendar management and meeting coordination, book travel, process expenses
Office management: order supplies, maintain reception desk, track marketing materials
Coordination of client and employee events: handle all planning and execution logistics including meals, travel and venues
Prepare and maintain PowerPoint presentation decks as needed
Maintain Salesforce activity, prepare revenue reporting and trending through programs such as MS Excel
Develop a working relationship with Sales Operations, guaranteeing timely and precise sales process
Minimum of 1 year of office management or sales assistance experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Strong knowledge of technology, including MS Office and Google Docs, etc.
Experience managing the sales process through a CRM, SalesForce experience preferred
Experience with managing multiple calendars in a fast paced environment
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to turn around projects with polish and accuracy
A great sense of humor and an outgoing personality
