HealthHelp has an opening for an Executive Support Administrator to support the CEO/President.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role requires successful execution in the performance of executive level operational and administrative support for HealthHelp?s CEO/President which includes but is not limited to:
Extensive coordination of calendars between the CEO/President, clients, and partners using Outlook
Extensive organization of CEO/President?s follow-up correspondence, and meeting coordination
Coordinate travel schedules, arrange meetings and teleconferences
Produce business status reports that summarize operational metrics, client acquisitions, and accounting information.
Participate in the coordination and preparation of events, business meetings, luncheons, and dinners
Conduct research and compile data on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner activities
Take and distribute detailed teleconference meeting minutes as needed
Serve as the administrative "hub" for the CEO/President; ensuring client and CEO/President?s needs are met
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years working in a Managed Care environment
4 year College degree required
Must have exceptional skills with MS Office product including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
QuickBooks a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective coordination of information flow, communications and projects in a confidential and professional manner
Excellent organizational skills are a must
Ability to multi-task, effectively interface with all levels, solve problems and take initiative
Self-motivated, independent, and aggressive
Works well in a growing, fast pace, change oriented, dynamic environment; Impeccable honesty, integrity, and ethics
