Reflexion is looking for an exceptional Java developer to lead the next phase of engineering for a globally deployed email archiving product. Experience with Lucene/Solr and Compass is especially important. The ideal set of skills includes:

Essential Skills and Experience

Experience with Lucene/Solr and Compass
Three to five years of work experience with Java and Java frameworks and technologies including Struts, JSF, Hibernate, Spring, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, Java Threads, JNI, JUnit, Apache POI, and Tika
Extensive experience developing UI-based Web 2.0 applications
Web technologies including XHTML, CSS, XSLT, XSD, Java Servlet API, JavaScript, AJAX and Ruby on Rails, Web services and jetty
Working experience with graphic design tools, such as Paint.NET
Windows environment skills, including Exchange 2003 Webdav, Exchange 2007/2010 EWS, Outlook Toolbar, IIS SMTP VB Sink DLL, Installer for Windows Server systems, VB 5 / .NET development, LDAP
SQL
Unix scripting languages
C++, Ruby
Automated build tools, such as Maven, Ant, make
Email infrastructure, protocols and standards.

Network/Windows Administrator Skills and MS SQL DBA skills, particularly SQL tuning, are also desirable, although other members of the team will contribute in these areas.
