This is an opportunity for someone with previous lead generation experience to hone in on their skills and perfect their art. As the team continues to grow, there would be an opportunity for this individual to help create and develop compelling scripts (phone/e-mail/voicemail), e-mail campaigns, mentor newer associates as the team continues to grow and learn the health care industry and ever changing landscape. The Associate/Sr. Associate will partner with Vice Presidents of Sales to rapidly develop new, high-quality business opportunities for the company. This entails completing all the critical steps at the beginning of a business sales cycle and then transitioning the sales opportunity to the Vice President.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling: Schedule qualified appointments/product demos within defined territory
Prospecting: Identifying specific executives to target for scheduling initiatives (ex: Benefits Manager, Health/Wellness Director, etc.)
CRM/Data Compliance: Utilize Salesforce.com to prepare target lists for cold calling, maintain accurate contact information and prioritize daily activity.
Marketing: Create compelling phone scripts and e-mail campaigns to drive interest and engagement.
Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Strong career interest in business-to-business sales
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
Exceptional ability to establish credibility with senior-level executives
Driven by achieving aggressive individual goals and providing high quality service
Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organization, multitasking and prioritization skills
