To support our rapid growth, we are seeking talented, motivated Expert Services Consultant that bring a passion for developing and maintaining innovative web software solutions for our customers. As an Expert Services Consultant you will have the opportunity to learn about and build innovative customer solutions using the latest web technologies. Expert Services Consultants work closely with BigMachines customers and team members to rapidly build and deploy online software solutions.

Analyzing customers' needs and updating the BigMachines application to meet their requirements
Ultimately being responsible for ensuring that the proposed implementation and test designs yield a high performing application with reliable quality in alignment within the business timeline objectives
Having the ability to understand the customers' business requirements and relating their needs to a technical solution
Adhering to all BigMachines security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties
Participating in security training provided by BigMachines
Reporting any potential security weakness, exposure or suspicious indications to manager
0-3 years' experience preferred working on multiple complex technical projects
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical field from a reputable 4-year college/universities
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Quick learner and able to learn new technologies and web programming languages on own as necessary
Knowledge of user interface design and web design constraints
Experience with eCommerce and CRM solutions is helpful, but not required
Willingness to travel and work off hours (nights and weekends) as projects dictate
