We are seeking an Express implementation Consultant. This person is primarily responsible for interacting with customers during the initiation phase of implementation, gathering requirements and preparing customers for the implementation of Xactly Express. This interaction will typically be at the Director level and above at SMB companies who expect a high level of customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Interact with customers with daily/weekly meetings, and prepare customers for implementation
Maintain meticulous notes in Salesforce.com on customer progress and issues
Partner with Sales and Implementation teams to drive results for success
Develop/maintain current and new initiation procedures
Qualifications:
Coachable, motivated attitude
B.S. in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or similar experience
Strong technology and business acumen
Strong interest in cutting edge technology/knowledge of the Internet industry
Strong analytical and problem solving skills (business & technical)
Self-aware, coachable and poised, and able to work seamlessly as part of a team
