Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information as needed for SEC filings including annual and quarterly reports, forms and correspondence by ensuring accuracy of data presented applying working knowledge of IFRS, XBRL US GAAP taxonomy, US GAAP, SEC rules for financial and related disclosures, SAP system
Ensuring that financial statements comply with US GAAP and SEC requirements; Oversight and quality control review of XBRL tagging of financial statements
Coordination of preparation and review of earnings scripts and other schedules included in the earnings releases with IR group, as well as other financial information for investors
Oversight of edgarization process of SEC filings including annual and quarterly reports, forms and correspondence by ensuring accuracy of data presented
Coordination of quarterly reviews/annual audits with external auditors related to financial reporting areas
Monitoring of current developments in accounting, financial reporting to determine appropriate accounting treatment and disclosures. Oversight and maintenance of SOX documentation and internal controls pertaining to the external reporting function
Qualification:
Master?s Degree in Economics and International Business
