THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Vertafore is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to assist in the daily execution of department duties.

You are a dynamic Facilities Coordinator with experience in all aspects of Facilities Management within an office environment. You are bright and articulate, self-motivated, not afraid to challenge, have an attention to detail and can move fluidly between tasks. You enjoy working closely with different functional groups. Strong communication skills and being personable is a must. You are able to make decisions having business objectives at front of mind. You seek a role that will demonstrate your resourcefulness, customer service skills and pro-activity.
Working with furniture suppliers and internal department, manage the entire MAC process, including communications, costs, timelines and special requirements.
Receive all work orders, evaluate, approve, plan, communicate and execute according to company standards.
Provide services, including new employee orientation, supply management, mail distribution and backup for the receptionist.
Keep all maps, logs and procedures current and relevant.
Manage suppliers, bidding, direction and scheduling
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies, emergency procedures and protocols
Qualifications and Requirements
5 years previous Facilities experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
