THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Yelp?s Phoenix office is a fast-paced growing operation with lots of facilities needs. One minute you could be hanging a whiteboard and the next ordering beer for the kegorator. We are looking for a customer focused individual to help keep pace with our growth and exciting work environment as our Facilities Coordinator. Flexibility and adaptability are key ingredients to have for the ideal candidate.
Performs semi-skilled trade work, such as wall repair, painting and hanging artwork.
Work with all departments in the company to support company events.
Ability to break down and/or install modular office furniture and support inter-office moves.
Assist with providing initial ergonomic evaluations for team members.
Make periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work requirements.
Works from drawings or rough sketches.
Work with vendors and schedule repair services as necessary.
Receive and deliver packages.
Ensure facility is clutter free, organized and presentable at all times.
Routinely clean and set up conference rooms to ready for next user.
Support office training and event functions as needed.
Provide internal customer support of daily activities and needs.
Monitor work request software for work orders and respond as needed.
Trade school or AA/AS Degree.
Minimum 2 years of facility maintenance experience.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and shop etiquette.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Excellent people skills and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Willingness to take initiative and resolve problems.
Ability to work in all levels of the organization.
Have the ability to be spontaneous and handle last minute tasks.
Ability to work well independently within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline orientated environment.
Comfortable navigating a computer & proficiency with e-mail usage, work order management software, Microsoft Office and/or working on a Mac.
Must be customer service orientated.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to work after-hours and overtime from time to time to assist with team office moves and events.
