THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This position provides facilities support for the Seattle office under the direction of the Facilities Manager. This individual is instrumental in making a great first impression for the company with anyone who walks into our office by creating an awesome working environment! Specific Responsibilities include:
Assist with general office management for corporate headquarters.
Manage daily work requests with building management, maintenance, janitorial service and other vendors. Backup contact for RIC security.
Manage mail/UPS including: Effectively handle in and outbound mail; Maintain stock of mailing/shipping supplies.
Assist with company moves and small inter-departmental moves.
Responsible for all ordering and organizing all supplies including office supplies, food, collateral etc.
Active member of the safety and security committee. Assist with fire drills and safety training.
Help with onsite and offsite meeting coordination as needed. Ensure all shared office space is organized and tidy.
Help with new hire on boarding: set up new hire space, keep office map updated, and order business cards
Responsible with ordering and coordination for an array of company events, happy hours and parties.
Maintain and update the facilities wiki page.
Minor desk and workstation adjustments
Maintain work areas and conference roomsAdministrate security key card access system
1-3 years of experience in a facilities field.
Must be creative, flexible, independent, friendly and positive with an ability to work well with different personalities within a fast paced dynamic culture.
Willing to do some manual labor (i.e. move furniture, run errands, clean/organize kitchen and conference rooms). Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 - 50 lbs; Occasionally early morning or evening or weekend hours may be required during office moves or construction projects.
Knowledge of basic AV/Network solutions
Proficient in all MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
