We are looking for a passionate, talented individual to take over Facilities Management responsibilities at our Phoenix, Arizona headquarters campus, while coordinating equipment installation and management at our four acclaimed sites in the U.S. If you love being surrounded by sport and training, and you live for fixing things and getting your hands dirty on a daily basis, this will be your dream job.

Job purpose:

Reporting to the Vice President of Performance/General Manager (APAZ), the Facilities Manager is charged with day-to-day building maintenance of our headquarters campus in Arizona, which features a world-class AP facility and an adjacent office structure. The Facilities Manager is also responsible for all facets of equipment installation/management across all of our AP facilities.

Requirements

Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
Ability to take high level instruction and translate into actionable plans and solutions
Strong knowledge of Exercise Equipment repair and assembly
Demonstrated proficiency in building maintenance
Awareness of city and state building code regulations
Knowledge of state health regulations in regards to athletic facilities
A demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive
Personal commitment to continuous learning
Ability to excel in an environment of constant change
Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
Must be able to prioritize maintenance needs and devise solutions in a timely manner

Strong, effective communicator in writing, and through interpersonal communication

Position requires some travel

Experience

2 years work experience with demonstrated excellence as a facility manager or related field
