Job Description
Caring.com offers a free referral service to families and caregivers seeking assistance in finding senior living communities that fit their loved one?s needs. Advisors educate families on their options, provide resources and personal assistance in finding senior living communities. We are able to offer this valuable service at no charge to families based on referral fees generated from partner communities when a customer moves in. The Family Advisor?s role is to call families who have requested information, assess their needs, provide them with information and schedule them to tour senior living communities.
Ideal candidates excel at engaging people. Our best candidates have excelled at inside or outside sales and are now looking to use their talents for a product/service with social value. Others have been exceptional internal or external advocates in a company or community. Some candidates have personal or professional experience as caregivers. They are able to speak with conviction and confidence to lead families past the obstacles to moving in.
