Summary
Verdasys was founded in 2002 to develop a new generation of software solutions to protect and manage the flow of sensitive data essential to the operation of businesses on a global basis. The Company provides a single application that protects a company?s data wherever it goes, all of the time. This is unlike any other security offering on the market today, all of which protect only a single point in an enterprise?s IT infrastructure. By focusing on protecting data at the "Point of Use," our Digital Guardian solutions is uniquely capable of preventing information leakage, or loss, across the global enterprise while allowing for greater collaboration between employees, contractors, outsourcers and partners.
The Verdasys technology platform enables:
Actionable data discovery and classification
Central policy management
Uniform and automated policy enforcement
Risk-appropriate controls when responding to policy violations
Global visibility into the location and usage of sensitive data
Verdasys is the only company that can offer an enterprise-class data control environment. The software is able to abstract through kernel level code every data level action across all of an enterprise's networks, applications and devices, independent of the data type or platform. This allows Verdasys to implement data level monitoring and control inclusive of encryption and independent of the infrastructure.
