Job Description:Requirements for a senior electrical field application engineer:
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated senior electrical field application engineer capable of bringing up our lamp products into our customer application scenarios. The candidate should be familiar with state of the art in LED driving technology, low voltage transformers and dimmer systems.
Skills are:
1. Luminaire wiring knowledge;
2. Understand AC/DC LED driver technology;
3. Know techniques in accommodating dimming capability;
4. Schematic entry;
5. Capable of working alone on bench and in customer field to debug out issues;
6. Generate necessary reports for customer support;
7. At least 6 years in power management related experience;
8. Ability to travel on demand
9. Excellent Customer Service and communication skills; with the ability to be a professional and effective liasion between internal and external customers.
