ResponsibilitiesProvide technical pre and post sales support for Stion products
Develop PV system solutions that maximize potential of Stion products
Work with BOS manufacturers to ensure compatibility of Stion products
Provide customers with PV system design support
Prepare white papers or other relevant technical documents
Maintain technical support database
Perform PV system inspections and troubleshooting
Provide technical training
Travel and interact with customers as required
Work closely with Stion?s Product Marketing and Engineering groups to facilitate customer solutions and advanced product features.
Requirements
Bachelors degree
5+ years of related experience in field based applications engineering and/or technical support.
3+ years of PV solar experience
Ability to design, inspect and troubleshoot PV systems of all sizes
Proficiency in PV design software tools
Understanding of NEC
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Willingness to travel on short notice
Preferred
NABCEP certification
Travel
Up to 50% travel
Possibility for some international travel
