JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY
Assist Field Inventory Manager with activities relating to Loaner Set services by interacting with Customer Service, Millstone, Marquette Logistics, the Distributors and their representatives, Marketing, and the Sales Force to provide Loaner Sets where and when required.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Receives supervision from the Field Inventory Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process?s loaner extensions and updates SAP, Millstone ERP, the Loaner spread sheet, and sends confirmations.
Maintains Loaner spread sheet by updating transfers within the field, when and where sets are returned, and adding new sets when they are created.
Manages field movements by creating internal SAP transactions and ERP transactions at Millstone.
Creates FedEx labels and sends updates.
Locates available Loaners in the field when shortages occur.
Follow up on missing and damaged components.
Resolve issues pertaining to missing decontamination certification.
Reconcile and monitor Millstone support inventory.
Coordinate Loaner revision changes and backfills.
Coordinates the flow of Loaner logistics including courtesy reminders, late fee notices and the calculation of late fees.
Loaner Set Reconciliation
Backup for Field Inventory Manager for field audits.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality.
Businesslike professional who is comfortable dealing with Distributors, and senior executives.
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Strong personal computer skills, i.e. Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to function well in a team environment and function independently a must.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of business and those with supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to manage several complex projects in parallel a plus.
Able and willing to travel 5-6 times annually.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
College experience or equivalent experience; bachelor degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years administrative support experience.
Pioneer product and Customer Service experience preferred.
Office environment; exposure to computer screens and clinical environment, potential exposure to blood bourne pathogens. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting/standing for prolonged periods of time.
