As Field Marketing Specialist for Australia & New Zealand, you will plan, execute, and measure direct and channel-centric demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for field sales organization. In addition, to also drive partner enablement initiatives and track progress across countries in Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:ANZ region- Work with regional sales leader, sales/account managers, and channel account manager to create strategic marketing plan in support of pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Participate in regular programs, pipeline, and forecast review meetings.
- Develop and implement tactical marketing programs in conjunction with sales, channels, product marketing, demand generation team, inside sales, and external influencers such as industry associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs.
- Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.
- Create and manage regional programs budget, including discretionary MDF with channel partners, and measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
- Act as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs, and launches.
- Communicate country program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing.
APAC Region
- To drive and track channel enablement initiatives across Asia Pacific countries
- Work with HQ, country channel managers and sales leaders to effectively communicate region-wide partner training, upgrade, promotions and incentives
- Successfully track progress of partner training, certification & knowledge upgrade programs across APAC
Job requirements:
- Proven track record executing multi-faceted event and B2B demand generation programs.
- Shown experience in marketing to and through channel partners in ANZ
- Regional experience is a bonus.
- Ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leaders.
- Solid understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles.
- Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and security solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on in a startup environment.
- Moderate technical and strategic understanding of technology, security, and industry solutions being marketed.
- Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
Experience:
- Relevant field marketing experience with a B2B hi-tech company for 5+ years. An MBA is a big plus but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
