The Field Marketing Intern will contribute to the company?s success by assisting with projects that help drive sales of FireEye products and solutions, improve the quality of field marketing programs and drive net new business. Responsibilities include creating and analyzing various data sources (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce.com); assisting field marketing managers with event, campaign, lead gen & nurture programs; researching competitors? messaging, marketing programs and presence. Role may also include management of vendors for operational support, program support and creative projects as well as developing relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, field sales, and business ops.
Maintain a spreadsheet of all field marketing campaigns, monitor specific metrics and data, and provide analysis on the effectiveness of key campaigns, online and physical events
Assist with the development of FireEye nurture program & communications and help develop a corporate newsletter
Assist with 15-20 regional field events in North America, including analysis and planning
Establish a library of templates and help document field marketing process & procedures
Focused project management of key parts of various projects, initiatives, events and offerings, including ownership of key deliverables
MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (familiar with Pivot tables a bonus)
Keen attention to detail and strong initiative, self-starter
Strong cross team collaborator
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Marketo, Salesforce.com experience a plus
Interest in security technology and what makes it tick
Working towards Bachelor's Degree
