Who We Want:
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be focused on delivering on the Field Marketing Charter to grow revenue and improve sales force effectiveness. You will be responsible for understanding the business needs of our clients, and supporting sales efforts, generating leads and increasing customer adoption (cross-sell, up-sell) globally. You will interface with the Sales, Pre-Sales, Client Services, Sales Enablement, Training and Development, Business Operations, and Marketing teams.
Additionally, you will be tasked with providing corresponding support through education and speed to close programs.
Examples of activities expected in the role include the following.
Staying on top of industry trends and thought leadership, and delivering these out to the field
Tailored education by business unit (value prop and buyers)
Client consultation and targeted deal support
Ramping new hires (assistance with New Hire Orientation and Quarterly Boot Camp Training)
Attendance and presentations at weekly team meetings
Participation in and management of marketing and sales events, including messaging around events, speaking session content and prep, and attending industry tradeshows and bringing back industry insights for our internal teams
Development and dissemination of sales and client success materials that support Command of Message and MEDDPICC (i.e. decks, one-pagers, leave behinds)
Contributing to the creation and execution of Enterprise Digital Days for select clients
Contributing to and eventually owning quarterly win/loss analysis program
Owning ongoing tracking and reporting against team KPIs and other metrics and measurement reporting
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
3-5 years of professional experience in Brand or Product Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Sales, Agency or Consulting
Excellent strategic business and technical acumen
Proven ability to manage high levels of complexity and function in a dynamic role with high demands
Must be able to communicate an informed opinion with confidence at all times
Ability to travel 20%
Takes ownership and accountability
Ability to interface seamlessly with cross functional teams: Executives, sales, pre-sales, sales enablement, training and development, client services and marketing
MBA or graduate degree desired, but not required
