Who We Want:
?Serve as primary marketing collaborator for individual the DACH region, ultimately facilitating delivery of all marketing initiatives in-market (events, digital marketing, sales enablement, public relations, websites, thought-leadership, client appreciation activities, etc.)
?Plan, produce, and execute industry and client events, including trade shows, executive dinners, user groups, and client and prospect seminars to drive sales, retention, and client advocacy, with support of European Events Coordinator (based in London, UK)
?Work with US-based Lifecycle Marketing team to execute local and global integrated marketing campaigns via email, web, webinars, advertising, events, door-openers, and more, with support of Digital Marketing Manager (based in London, UK)
?Work hand-in-hand with country managers and client success teams to identify individual market needs and support goals via field marketing activities and a comprehensive content strategy
?Support and coordinate PR activities with European Brand & Communications Manager (based in London, UK)
?Track and measure return on investment and performance of impact on lifecycle marketing metrics (awareness, acquisition, expansion, retention, and advocacy), with particular focus on new client acquisition, sales effectiveness (average order value, time-to-close), and client retention
?Develop activity plans and strategies for supporting Sales and Client Success (new sales, upsell, advocacy), based on assets from US Lifecycle Marketing Team
?Build a comprehensive annual activity plan and budget for the DACH region and communicate with Country Manager and relevant Sales and Client Success stakeholders
?Manage the localisation and creation of all marketing materials, to ensure resonance of message and efficacy of activities in the DACH region
?Coordinate with London- and US-based teams for website updates, social media content, and thought leadership platforms in the DACH market

Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
Years of Experience: 10+
At least 10 years of European B2B marketing experience in field marketing operations and localisation processes, with ability to clearly communicate plans with multiple teams and deliver scalable support for each region. Collaboration and clear communication between German-, UK-, and US-based teams is a must.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Marketing, PR, Languages, or similar course of study
Ability to work independently and as a key member of multiple teams
Ability to build relationships with industry influencers, analysts, journalists, and clients
Comfortable working/ coordinating with colleagues who are geographically dispersed
Strategic and creative mind, understanding all facets of marketing and international business
Language: Native German fluency and strong English capabilities are required
Results-oriented work ethic, with strong ability to measure marketing impact on sales and client services, along with an inclination to continually optimise activities for best performance

Travel:
London to Austin, Texas travel once per year
Quarterly European travel to other office locations (London, Paris, or Stockholm)
