Job Description :
SAVO is looking for smart, motivated professionals to join our Marketing team as a Field Marketing Manager. The Field Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Demand Generation & Field Marketing and partners closely with the Regional Sales VP acting as a liaison between the Demand Generation Marketing/Corporate Marketing teams and the regional sales teams to build alignment and communication in order to achieve regional business goals and revenue targets. The person in this role will create and execute on a marketing plan to support prospecting, lead & pipeline generation and closed revenue via the creation and execution of campaigns, events and sales enablement tools. This candidate should have strong program management, communication and analytical skills. This individual will be joining a high performing, collaborative marketing team with a strong connection to the sales organization.
Primary locations available on East (New York City, and Boston Candidates to be considered) and West (San Francisco/Bay Area, CA for consideration) Coasts.
Drive Effective & Efficient Two-Way Communication between Demand Gen, Corporate Marketing Groups and Field Sales create and deliver integrated field events that tie back to SAVO?s near term and long term objectives.
Drive Regional Marketing Programs to support lead gen, prospecting, pipeline and revenue generation programs.
Drive pipeline growth by developing a quarterly marketing plan based on approved budgets including recommendations for industry specific regional activities, local sponsorships, conferences/trade shows, local events, participation in local business or trade associations, demand generation and content needs that will drive business results for the region.
Coordinate and manage customer and prospect events including content definition, segmenting of target audience, invitation creation, registration, promotion, list collection, lead management & follow up, and tracking to achieve maximum attendance, publicity and regional growth
Collaborate with senior SAVO Sales professionals in the respective region to identify business goals and maximize the impact of local marketing activities Manage relationships with regional AEs to gather information on needs and effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Participate in team meetings and other cross-functional processes
Analyzing performance data, build dashboards and track key program metrics for regional field activity
Manage and own marketing qualified lead goals as well as tracking and analysis of campaigns
Analyze field marketing campaigns, and continuously improve overall program effectiveness, Tracking program results, measuring success, and reporting to marketing and sales
Other projects as assigned
Job Requirements :
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: Minimum Bachelor?s degree; advanced degree preferred
5+ years marketing experience
50% travel expected
Need to be located in Eastern or Western time zones
Strong event background and execution experience
Superior ability to communicate with and influence across all levels of the organization
Knowledge of Enterprise Software Industry and B2B Go to Market processes and tactics
Experience in working within a customer focused sales environment
Ability to partner with others to achieve objectives as well as ability to work and execute autonomously locally
Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
Energetic, strong work ethic and a dynamic individual;
Highly motivated and willing to work within a fast paced environment with an innate sense of urgency
Excellent written communication, organization, time-management, process and project management skills
Bachelor?s degree in business marketing or related field
