The marketing team is responsible for bringing HelloWallet products to market, generating market and sales demand, shepherding our social mission and evolving our brand in line with our core values. We are looking for an exceptional field marketing manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Build a world class prospecting machine
Understand the individual sales territories and their unique circumstances in order to execute initiatives to meet pipeline objectives in each region
Enable the buyer?s journey to drive conversion and accelerate the sales cycle
Design and execute regional marketing plans, programs and campaigns designed to build the sales pipeline, generate leads and accelerates opportunities for the field
Analyze and assess territory-specific target account and lead flow data to diagnose specific areas of focus and prioritize field campaigns
Understand the complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases
Skills / Qualifications:
5 years working in product or strategic marketing
Familiarity with SaaS go to market models
Familiarity with Fortune 500 human capital management ecosystem
Experience in B2B a demand generation environment preferred
Proven ability to work closely and successfully with a B2B sales organization
Proven ability to successfully execute a variety of marketing programs, including targeted direct mail and email, field events, awareness campaigns
Ability to work very independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytics, reporting, project management and written communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
Ability to inspire; positive attitude, and an empathy toward the needs of sales professionals
Understanding of personal financial concepts
Sense of humor
Passion for the power of technology to make a positive difference in people?s lives
Willing to travel 25% of the time
Supervisor: reports directly to the CMO.
Location: The position is based in downtown Washington, DC
