Join our growing team as a Field Service Engineer for our Arizona market. You?ll provide routine preventive and corrective maintenance for diagnostic imaging equipment within professional standards and with excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Creates a positive experience for every customer, every day by believing in and practicing the CDI Experience
? Performs routine and preventive maintenance and calibrations on diagnostic imaging equipment within recommended guidelines
? Conducts emergency repair for all imaging equipment
? Orders and sources parts
? Documents preventive and corrective maintenance performed and related invoices in maintenance connection
? On a timely basis, accurately completes and submits work log and repair ticket information to support utilization and equipment maintenance management analysis and tracking
? Performs testing and calibration of imaging equipment on a regular basis
? Troubleshoots diagnostic imaging equipment from a remote site using computer technology
? Participates in scheduled market management meetings, providing updates on all imaging equipment
? Maintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologists, vendors, peers and other associates
? Communicates equipment status with radiologists, technologists and vendors as needed

? Ability to repair and or trouble shoot CDI?s diagnostic imaging equipment
? Ability to perform equipment safety checks as needed

? Ability to work independently in a scheduled on-call environment
? Knowledge of current technical skills
? Knowledge of safety procedures needed for staff and patients
? Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols
? Knowledge of equipment safety procedures
? Must adhere to federal, state and local safety guidelines
? Knowledge of and adherence to all HIPAA guidelines
? Minimum of 5 years field service engineer experience, with OEM training on at least one major device
? 3 years MR and CT repair experience
? 2 year degree in electronic technology required
? 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
? Requires the ability to see, hear, walk, stand, sit, reach, write, and key
? Requires ability to read type sizes as small as 6 point on films, color copies, or other types of hard copy
? Will provide preventive maintenance and service during evening hours and on-call as needed
? Must be able to lift parts and equipment up to 50 lbs.
? Requires ability to travel to various CDI/ Insight locations
