GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Director of Field Services functions as the leader of strategic planning and operational oversight within an assigned geographic area for a dynamic revenue cycle management solution. They manage, direct and oversee all implementations and ongoing support provided by Client Account Managers located in the region. This role assures the readiness of all regional Client Account Managers through on-going staff development, coaching, career planning, and leveraging in-project opportunities to drive knowledge and expertise. This position will be located in Texas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directing the regional resource planning, workload assessment and balancing, and cross regional resource sharing.
Assuring the consistent use of the company?s implementation service methodology in all implementation and support functions for the region.
Assuring disciplined management, customer communication, and expectation setting for customer implementations.
Acting as the executive level client escalation contact for service issues/risks, balancing the company and client service needs professionally, while supporting and championing his/her staff.
Working with other Directors and across company functions to ensure that service operations are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
Building and maintaining relationships with senior level client contacts to ensure service quality and client needs are being met
Participating in company initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of services provided to clients based on market demands and needs
Identifying both client and internal risks, and developing and implementing mitigation/resolution strategies.
Working collaboratively with other areas of the organization to build confidence, credibility and trust towards improvement measures and organizational goal obtainment.
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (Required)
4 ? 5 years? experience in managing individuals within a healthcare delivery/billing operations environment and/or equivalent experience in managing the deployment of Healthcare IT software within a healthcare delivery environment
Ability to use a personal computer with proficient skills in business applications such as Microsoft Office
Ability to travel up to 50% annually for some geographies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management and consultative skills
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (Preferred)
Experience with installations/upgrades of healthcare software solutions is helpful
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION (Required)
Bachelor?s/Associates degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience in the Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT industry required
