We need a talented individual with 5+ years Outside Sales in the filtration and/or fluid handling industry. THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE US.
As the Outside Sales Filtration Specialist, your primary function is to achieve annual filtration sales and gross profit goals. Your leadership of the sales teams for growing new business while maintaining existing business will be key to your success. Providing technical product support, product education, assisting with product selection and making face-to-face customer sales visits will be a daily requirement.

Making face-to-face sales call visits with field sales representatives to develop and grow the overall filtration business.
Assist Product Managers develop a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments.
Assist Product Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives with supplier and product selection, all aspects of ongoing supplier relationships, and customer targeting.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Suppliers to create product line specific marketing plans with focus on customer acquisition, growth and retention
Assist Product Managers with developing field tools; including education, support collateral, technical information, product launch plans, print, electronic, and promotional materials in collaboration with supplier base and internal technical support teams
Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the sales teams are kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors? filtration products.
Assist with the development of the annual corporate marketing plan with responsibility for preparing product forecasts.
5+ years of filtration sales and or marketing/product management experience with liquid fluid handling for distribution or a filtration manufacturer.
Engineering degree or equivalent work experience a strong plus.
This position requires travel to company, customer, and vendor sites in North America (50-60%).
