Finance Associate Bullhorn

The role of the Finance Associate will be to ensure management?s ability to make sound, fact-based decisions. The primary responsibilities of the Finance Associate is to process Bullhorn sales contracts, prepare systems for future invoicing, and help maintain data integrity of finance records for the accurate measurements of key metrics. The role entails supporting strategic and tactical initiatives within the finance department in order to maximize revenue opportunities.
Direct and coordinates the processing of sales orders from booking to invoicing.
Assist with all finance aspects of the contracts booking process for a global sales force.
Ensure compliance with company revenue recognition and bookings policies.
Work with Revenue Manager to increase accuracy and integrity of revenue forecasting and other analytics.
Control SalesForce and Intacct data integrity.
Develop best practices that align finance data quality with company initiatives.
Assist Sales and Legal department in monthly/quarterly closing and reporting.
Assist with ad hoc projects, data analysis and reporting as needed.
Required Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
Must have at least a Bachelor?s degree.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate finance processes.
High level of proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong sense of urgency, including the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and set priorities.
Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced global finance environment with confidence.
Recommended Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
Experience with Salesforce.com and or Intacct
Sound understanding of Finance and Sales operating processes
Bachelor?s degree in business related field (Finance, Management, Accounting, etc?)
Internship in either a finance or operations role
