Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Build and validate our extensive Customer and Contracts database
Parse customer contracts for relevant information
Prepare and sort source data, and identify/interpret data relationships
Record customer information in Microsoft Access and/or Salesforce.com
Verify accuracy of data - resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
Keep track of data sources
Requirements:
Understanding of business contracts and/or legal background preferred
Must be extremely detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and data entry into CRMs
Must have a very high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
Must have the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environment
