Tremor Video, is looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic Accounting Intern to join our dynamic organization. This position will provide extensive exposure to a full life cycle finance/accounting department. This individual will obtain hands-on experience in all financial aspects of working in a fast paced, rapidly growing media firm. This position will assist and support the accounting department in its day-to-day processes, as well as the month-end closes.This is an unpaid internship opportunity and is open to students who are eligible for academic credit. The Internship Program will run for the duration of the semester and students are expected to work 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Perform General Ledger Account reconciliations - ensuring detail subsidiary ledgers support G/L balance and G/L balance is correct.
? Reconcile and test for SOX compliance.
? Perform month and quarter-end accounting procedures.
