What you?ll do
As a Finance Manager, FP&A, Global Finance, you will lead the worldwide financial and business reporting, planning and analyses within the Global Finance team to support decision-making by Business Unit Leaders and Functional and Operational Management, and lead the Business Unit Financial reporting to the Worldwide Corporate Finance department. Primary responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams and regional and business unit finance teams to manage the monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of financial results for each of the Retail Business Units, including establishing and tracking key metrics, providing analysis and insights of regional performance and key product line business performance against those key metrics to support decision-making by internal management, and managing the Business Unit monthly forecasting and annual planning and budgeting process worldwide.
How you?ll do it
Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of the financial performance of each of the Global Business Units against prior year, budget, and forecast, and partner with Regional and Business Unit Finance teams to highlight key variances and provide insights and recommendations to Business Unit leaders and executive management.
Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics, and provide insights and recommendations that will enable management to determine progress against strategic/business plans and budgets.
Partner with Regional Finance Teams and Business Unit Finance to integrate and rationalize Business Unit reporting and product line analytics worldwide, including creation and automation of standard metrics and reporting packages, and report out to executive management on key findings including insights and recommendations that support key decision-making efforts across Business units.
Coordinate the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and the annual business plan and budget across Business Units, including preparing supporting schedules, uploading and validating of data into budgeting database, assisting in preparing the financial budgeting model, creating reports and analysis and coordinating with key personnel from various departments.
Fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001, understand and fully support OHSAS 18001 system.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned and required in support of the above specified responsibilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; knowledge of Access is a plus
Advanced Excel skills including proficiency in lookups and pivot tables.
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
What you?ve done
Four-year college or university degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. MBA preferred.
Five to seven years of experience in a similar position; strong experience with income statements analyses preferred; experience with global operation preferred
Preferable - Experience with Hyperion, Oracle Financial Analyzer or equivalent, and Business Intelligence is a plus
