Accounting & Audit
Ã˜ Oversee and maintain day-to-day accounting to ensure the complete and accurate posting / recording of the financial transactions and processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory and accounting standards.
Ã˜ To organize & ensure smooth yearly FA inventory audit. Ascertain, investigate & account discrepancies.
Ã˜ Review expense by cost center to ensure they are booked in line with the budget.
Ã˜ Interface closely with auditors
Ã˜ Reconciliation of GL, assets and liabilities monthly / quarterly basis.
Ã˜ Prepare the draft annual statutory accounts both as per IGAAP & US GAAP.
Ã˜ Exposure to Transfer Pricing essential
Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis
Ã˜ Ensure the timely update of organizational budgets, forecast in planning tool.
Ã˜ Report on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Ã˜ Monthly review cost center wise expenses and action wherever applicable in consultation with manager.
Ã˜ Collaborate with corporate FP & A Team on a regular basis for forecast update.
Ã˜ Exposure to Direct & Indirect Taxation
Ã˜ Provide required information for tax provision on quarterly basis.
Ã˜ Assessments for Income-tax, VAT and Service Tax & tracking this on periodic basis.
Ã˜ Work closely with tax consultants on tax related matters.
Ã˜ To closely monitor the compliances with various statutory provisions & regulatory requirements.
Ã˜ Review of Tax Compliance such as TDS, Service Tax, Income Tax.
Ã˜ Timely submission of various returns relating to Service tax, STPI, TDS, PF, PT, ROC etc.
Ã˜ Good knowledge of STPI related compliance.
Ã˜ Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of experience or Master Degree in commerce / finance with 7 years of experience in IT companies
Ã˜ Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle R12 is a must.
Ã˜ Advanced knowledge in using MS Office Tools (Excel , Word, Access and Power point)
Ã˜ Fluent in verbal English and in written communication
Ã˜ Strong financial analysis skills
Ã˜ Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands
Ã˜ Self-starter and self-finisher with high energy level.
Ã˜ Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
