Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all financial reporting and performance analyses for the assigned Business Unit

· Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports and detailed analyses for the Business Unit and its components

· Lead the business planning and budgeting process for the Business Unit

· Support the Business Unit GM with financial forecasts and quarterly business reviews

· Oversee quota modeling, distribution and compensation plan development and distribution

· Prepare business case analyses for investment requests

· Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure accuracy of pipeline data and reporting

· Assist in deal structuring and support the sales efforts for the Business Unit globally

· Develop tools and financial models as required to promote accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting

· Work closely with the Accounting organization to ensure accurate and timely close on a monthly basis

· Support M&A and integration of new businesses and products

· Mentor and manage analysts assigned to the Business Unit

· Ad-hoc projects and reporting

Education & Experience:

· B.S. in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred

· Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning and budgeting, financial reporting and systems

Required Skills:

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Advanced financial systems (ERP, PM and MIS)and use of MS Office applications skills

· Strong data modeling and data analysis skills

· Strong team player and able to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

· Software sales and pricing (strongly desired) in an international company

· Acquisition analysis and integration experience

· Financial accounting
