POSITION OVERVIEW: The new Financeware Marketing, Sales & Service Specialist will be part of a team responsible for marketing, selling and servicing Wealthcare's Financeware financial planning software solutions business for financial advisors, featuring the patented Comfort Zone methodology. Initial focus will be on servicing current advisor clients, developing digital self-service & education features, creating differentiated marketing & communications, managing lead generation analytics, and selling software licenses to advisor prospects. Later focus will be to encourage Financeware onboarding, engagement, loyalty and referrals leading to opportunities to up-sell advisor clients to Wealthcare's RIA turnkey asset management outsourcing practice.

LOCATION: This new position is based in the Company's headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.
COMPENSATION: This new position will receive a competitive compensation package tailored to the candidate's experience level including a base salary, comprehensive benefits, and the potential for a bonus incentive.
REPORTING: This new position will report to Noelle Owenby, Wealthcare's AVP of Marketing.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, forward thinking, customer-centric, team player who is eager to learn quickly, adapt and multi-task as needed, and help create and implement changes that significantly improve the Financeware advisor experience, the competitive positioning, the marketing, sales & service efficiency, and ultimately the growth acceleration of software license revenues.
Minimum of 2 years of experience within the financial services industry in marketing, inside sales and/or customer service roles working ideally with independent financial advisors.
Track record of eagerness to learn quickly and contribute as part of a winning team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and friendly personality to easily engage with advisor clients & prospects, as well as cross-functional team members and management decision makers.
Exceptional time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Proven ability to take initiative and quickly create, influence and implement change improvements.
Results orientation towards achieving personal, team and company growth goals.
Marketing experiences & training: competitive value proposition positioning, digital communications, direct marketing, social media, lead generation, qualification and management, prospect pipeline management, data analytics, segmentation and targeting, market opportunity assessment, and co-marketing partnerships
Sales experiences & training: inside sales practices, outbound calling, influencing behaviors, relationship management, nurturing opportunities, qualified lead follow-up, and closing deals.
Service experiences & training: customer care and customer service call and email sales management.
Advisor experiences: dealing with independent wealth advisors and understanding their need priorities.
Financial Services experiences: regulatory compliance marketing & sales guidelines.
