?Complete three-way match of purchase orders, recieving documents and invoices. Audit bills/invoices for accuracy, reconcile invoiced items and purchase orders by checking pricing and quantities. Confirm department approval.
?Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
?Schedule bi-weekly finance meetings
?Prepare AP Aging, AR Aging and Payment Selection reports for distribution to members of the Finance Team one day prior to scheduled finance meeting.
?Process check runs thoroughly and accurately.
?Properly match invoices to checks.
?Filing and archiving invoices as needed.
?Maintain Vendor database
?Maintain Customer database
?Assist with past due receivables
?Assist Finance Manager with Maintaining and Tracking of Fixed Assets
?Other such duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be reasonably assigned.
-Strong Organizational Skills
-Education: BA/BS, AS/AA level Accounting degree or a related degree (HR, Business, Administrative), education or the combination of experience and training that is equivalent.
?Fluent in English both oral and written.
?Experienced in relevant computer software.
?Requires strong "hands-on" orientation, as well as ability to interact with all levels of employees.
? Contributes to organizational effectiveness by being flexible and adaptable.
