Overview
Cardlytics is the pioneer and leader of the cutting-edge field of Transaction-Driven Marketing ?. The company's unique advertising platform enables banks to deliver rich, relevant rewards to its customers based on purchasing history while fully protecting their privacy. Targeted offers are placed directly on customers? online banking pages, one of the most trusted and widely used, yet least penetrated, consumer channels. The platform is entirely merchant-funded with advertisers targeting consumers based on spending patterns: Where, how much and how frequently they spend at a store and in the broader retail category. The Financial Analyst will work cross ?departmentally on revenue and expense forecasting and analysis for the company. .
Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst role requires curiosity, thoroughness, attention to detail, and a deep focus on the economic relationships found within Cardlytics' unique business model. Good candidates will have substantial exposure to traditional planning and analysis processes, but will also be fearless in the face of mountains of quickly moving data. Judgment-free communication with the entire business is critical. Responsibilities include performing analyses for all parts of the business, delivering regular financial reporting, assisting with the overall budget process, and regularly contributing to Cardlytics' financial and operating model.
Qualifications
Proven capabilities in forecasting and financial analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at analyzing large amounts of data, drawing conclusions, and concisely communicating findings
Self-motivated, patient and able to adapt to a fast paced environment
Excellent time management and able to meet deadlines
Proactive problem solving capabilities
Entrepreneurial and team oriented spirit
Fun, dynamic individual with out of the box ideas
25 years analytical experience
Strong technical skills, with Financial systems and Business Intelligence systems experience important, especially Microsoft Dynamics GP, MS Forecaster, IBM Cognos TM1 and IBM Cognos Insight.
Bachelor?s degree or higher
