Financial Analyst InComm Holdings
Overview:Working with the Directors, Financial Planning & Analysis, the successful candidate must be self-driven to accurately complete project tasks on tight deadlines. Specific duties will include:
Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of the financial planning process including variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Work with the Sales team on pricing models related to customer and vendor contract negotiations
Assist in developing management reporting package with business metrics
Lead and manage ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting required.
At least 3 - 4 years experience in a fast-paced, corporate finance environment including a planning role
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
Proactive problem solving and leadership skills
Strong initiative and an enthusiastic, energized work ethic
Advanced spreadsheet and database skills with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Access
Ability to work with and effectively communicate with upper management
