This position is responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and financial status, as well as, analyzing financial results, plans, forecasts, and other statistical data. This job is a liaison. The person in this position is responsible for performing many of the financial reporting functions in for the organization.Duties:
Process all time and expense reports and corresponding billing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual operating results and account reconciations.
Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
Improve financial performance by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to Executive Management.
Develop processes which increase productivity and operating leverage by developing automated applications enforcing data integrity in the professional services and financial systems; eliminating duplications and manual intervention; coordinating information requirements.
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations including real-time communication of the time and expenses incurred and invoiced.
Update job knowledge on Revenue Recognition requirements and other pertinent accounting policies by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
