Financial Analyst - Compliance and Reporting Global 360

Description

Global 360 is seeking to add an experienced Financial Analyst to our Finance Team. This position will be responsible for preparing management and bank compliance reports.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Management Reporting:
Prepare management quarterly reports/summaries
Develops monthly management reporting package and analysis, communicates financial results to senior management
Analysis of revenue, expenses and key metrics
Bank Compliance and Reporting:
Submitting monthly financial reports
Monitor debt covenants to ensure compliance is maintained
Preparing other required documentation to lenders
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum 5 years finance experience
Software company experience preferred
Strong Excel / modeling skills
Strong PowerPoint skills
Good communication skills with senior management
BBA in Finance preferred
