Financial Analyst/Cost Allocation Trax Technologies
Ability to analyze quantities of complex numbers and understand their meaning as it relates to our unique business.
Analyze financial transaction data to find patterns, trends, inconsistencies in cost distribution
Recommend solutions to reduce inconsistencies and improve accuracy
Work with client finance teams to define and document solutions
Loading templates, clearing account exceptions, performing analysis, locating root cause of exceptions and understanding customers? needs in order to deliver the expert cost allocation they need.
Desired Skills and Experience
CORE COMPETENCIES: (knowledge, skills and abilities required)
Master level Excel, SQL, knowledge of GAAP
We work in an agile environment. Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies would be beneficial
CREDENTIALS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (Education, years of experience, types of experience, certifications)
1-2 years experience with cost accounting in related industry. Candidates must have BA in Finance, possibly with a focus in Supply Chain Management and experience with one of the major accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
HIGH-PERFORMING BEHAVIORS: Patience, ability to adapt to change, excellent written and oral communication skills. Team environment with majority of work done in groups and balance done individually.
