Job Description:Zend is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst, located in Cupertino, CA to manage and prepare the financial analytical models.
The successful candidate will be a high-energy individual who has demonstrated the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
This position works closely with the CFO, Corporate Controller, and Heads of Sales and Marketing.

Description of Duties
Build, oversee, and manage financial analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to forecast operating results.
Assist in development of SaaS metrics and reporting.
Review, analyze, and present monthly recurring revenues (MRR) reporting.
Conduct comparables analysis as necessary in support of key business metrics and objectives.
Provide financial analytical business support for sales and marketing.
Perform adhoc analysis to anticipate trends, explain actuals and forecast results or operations.
Skills and Experience:
BS in Finance or Accounting required
Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience including computer modeling
Accustomed to fast-paced dynamic environment
Advanced Excel Proficiency including pivot tables
Must be able to build financial models which integrate Balance Sheet/P&L/Stmt of Cash Flows.
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Accounting/ERP systems experience
SaaS experience a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and innovative team player with a positive approach and a focus on business issues.
