Position:
XOS Digital is looking to hire a Financial Analyst who will be an integral part of the team. This
person will be located in Orlando, Fl.
Responsibilities:
Work independently on financial modeling and forecasting in support of key business decisionmaking
Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management, including analysis of financing and business
development opportunities
Communicate financial performance results, and participate in the development of formal
financial presentations to investors and the Company?s Board of Directors
Act as the ?go-to person? for financial information, including information requested by
investors, lenders and the Board of Directors
Assist with developing term sheets and writing investment memos
Analyze data and develop pricing models
Prepare ROI models for new business initiativesPosition Description

Requirements:
We are seeking applicants with a strong financial modeling background and analytical orientation.
To qualify, candidates must have:
Minimum bachelor?s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting or other business related field
Ability to work with senior level management
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to the ever changing needs of a young, entrepreneurial company
Education:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
? MBA, or master's degree preferred.
