THE GIGWe are looking for a self-motivated, highly energetic individual who is interested in becoming an industry expert and using that knowledge to help us steer the business operations in strategically advantageous directions.
Build and maintain models to track operational metrics
Create reports that monitor efficiency in the operational aspects of the company
Develop and improve analytical tools to help improve decision making around cost reduction and capacity planning
Assist head of operations in evaluating and tracking vendor contracts
Liaise with vendors in provisioning and terminating services
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve vendor billing disputes
THE SKILLS
Education:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or Economics required
CPA, MBA, or related graduate studies a plus
Technical Skills and Prior Experience:
Minimum 3 years related working experience
Internet infrastructure, CDN, SaaS, Telecommunications experience a plus
Proven, strong analytical skills, ability to summarize and present data in a concise manner to facilitate decision making
Attention to detail, highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Driven by adding value through cost savings and improving operations
Must have strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills
