Financial Analyst/Sr. Financial Analyst Insight Health Corp.
We are currently seeking a full-time, Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team at our Corporate office in St. Louis Park, MN.
JOB SUMMARY: This position primarily focuses on supporting operations with data analysis of key metrics and various operations initiatives.

Together we have 116 retail imaging centers, 128 mobile units and operate in more than thirty states. Our organization served nearly a million patients in 2013, offering a wide range of screening, diagnostic and interventional procedures that complement each community?s needs, in collaboration with radiologists, healthcare providers, hospitals and health systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Creates a positive experience for every customer, every day by believing in and practicing the The Experience
? Analyzes key variances across multiple operational processes and provides management with recommendations for financial improvement
? Develops staffing and labor models for centers on an on-going basis
? Conducts cost/benefit analysis and/or breakeven analysis for operations programs
? Monitors on-going operational programs to assess the value of programs
? Proactively performs data analysis to identify key areas for operational improvement
? Develops and presents detailed business case analyses for investments in operational improvement
? Performs modeling and analysis to contribute to the development of re-engineering methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls and/or increase customer satisfaction
? Supports the annual budgeting and long-range planning process from an operational and labor planning perspective
? Leads or participates in special projects upon request
? Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

? Skill with data analysis and figure aptitude with a high level of accuracy
? Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including LEAN and Six Sigma
? BA degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operational Management or Business Management
? Strong analytical skill and understanding of operational KPI?s
? 3-5 years financial analysis or operational analysis background
? 2-3 years of advanced Microsoft Excel use
? Excellent writing and presentation skills
? Experience with corporate process improvement or certification preferred
