Financial Industry Sales Manager ClearSwift

Identify new opportunities (new product installs, enterprise opportunities) via very high activity levels both outbound and inbound.
Responsible for driving sales to overachievement of monthly, quarterly and annual assigned revenue targets.
Educate customers and prospects on entire suite of Clearswift solutions.
Qualify and follow up with sales leads, establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, and close sales.
Work in cross functional team setting to sell Clearswift solutions, as needed.
Facilitate the sales of Clearswift?s products/services by providing a knowledgeable selling resource for the customer.
Develop knowledge of our products and services, and the competitive posture of Clearswift.
Provide marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries regarding solution delivery and licenses.
Interface with Clearswift approved Channel Partners.
Responsible for preparing weekly activity and forecast reports.
Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Ensure accurate information in all new/updated opportunities in our CRM including forecasting data.
Selling fundamentals (prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, closing, forecasting).
Basic knowledge or experience in the security / messaging / compliance software / appliance area.
Communication skills (writing, questioning, listening, communication planning, content delivery).
Salesforce or comparable CRM system experience.
Measures of Success
Performance against quota set.
Performance against quarterly objectives.
Performance against appraisal success criteria.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent; 5 years+ outside sales experience in the financials vertical.
Strong rolodex of financial vertical contacts.
Experience in the security, messaging, networking areas is a plus.
