Financial Operations/SalesForce Administrator Health Market Science
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Financial Operations Administrator will act as primary support for the finance department and is responsible for administration of accounting and financial systems & reporting. The Financial Operations Administrator will also act as backup support to the Sales department in various functions and projects.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Financial Systems Management
Understand all current opportunities and maintain current data
Attend weekly sales meetings to stay abreast of current progress of opportunities
Maintain revenue schedules in SFDC & NS and understand the delivery implications and effects on revenue.
Provide a weekly report of changes in the pipeline
Reconcile financial information between SFDC & NS
Assist in any module or project implementation
Create and run custom reports as needed.
Administration of OpenAir time tracking system
Manage projects in OpenAir for time & expense tracking
Custom reporting for departments
Report labor costs by products & business lines for profitability analyses
Manage the process of closing deals in SFDC and ensuring the systems are balanced
Manage revenue & billing schedules in SFDC & NetSuite
Track & report open items for contracts and invoices
Filing of physical contracts & related documentation
Other tasks that may be required:
Liaison between banks, and other financial institutions, point of contact for account management
Assist with monthly close (reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, etc.)
Health benefits reconciliation
Understand legal documents and how to process/file
Act as point of contact for all business related issues in the absence of the respective manager.
Assist with audits (internal; 401k; Workers Comp; Sales tax, etc.)
Any other duties assigned by the company from time-to-time.
Minimum of 3-5 years previous accounting experience
College Degree Preferred
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Be able to work closely with all departments within the organization.
Experience with Accrual Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Proficient with NetSuite and/or other accounting software packages
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
Experience with OpenAir or other time management systems
Understanding of database design, management & reporting
Attention to detail and an understanding of timeline commitments
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to work under deadlines
Strong follow-up skills; ability to see projects through to the end
Ability to understand employment laws and financial business laws
Must be able to identify situations that require immediate escalation
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to multi-task on concurrent projects
Willingness to take on added responsibilities
