THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking highly motivated FP&A Manager with sharp analytical skills. This newly created position will make significant contributions to the success of our growing organization.
The role will drive the company?s annual and long range planning process along with forecasting and special projects. Analytical outcomes of the role will provide insights and support optimal business decision making. This role will report to the CFO and work closely with the controller to achieve goals and objectives of the organization and will support analytical business leadership requirements.
We are looking for team players who are willing to accept personal accountability for successful job performance and who have a willingness to learn new skills, as well as continually improve existing skill set.
Interpret and analyze key business financial indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare return analysis of key customer segments
Develop financial models to support strategic & growth initiatives.
Provide financial analysis support to key internal stakeholders and support special committee analysis
Oversee business modeling for various business needs such as revenue and cost models and make or buy analysis
Support forecasts, budget, and Long range planning across the company
Develop, streamline, and enhance the management reporting through creation of dashboards, KPI?s, and other relevant reporting to support decision making process.
Lead or perform special projects as assigned
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Ability to interact with and support senior management.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision making skills
Ability to interpret information, recognize needs of the business, and translate data into actionable analysis.
Highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output
Ability to see the ?big picture? strategic views as well as process details.
Excellent/Advanced financial modeling skill a must.
