Description
E2open is looking for a dynamic, hands-on individual to handle all aspects of the monthly and quarterly FP&A cycle at the corporate level. This position will report to the Director of Finance.
This position will work closely with the accounting team and with budget owners across the company. The budget owners include the executive team and in some cases their direct designates, across 11 departments and 5 geographies. The team is a close-knit, cooperative group dedicated to the success of the company. As a result of this environment, the FP&A Manager will be visible across the entire organization.
This position will provide excellent experience at a high growth company. The FP&A Manager will gain exposure to the software-as-a-service business model, the highest growth segment in the technology industry. Additionally, the FP&A Manager will have the opportunity to strengthen communication skills with senior management, project management, and change management skills.
Primary responsibilities
Drive annual Plan and quarterly forecasting
Deliver monthly analysis and reporting, including detailed reconciliation of key areas (headcount, salaries, CapEx)
Implement and be the primary owner of our budgeting/reporting system
Build and/or maintain financial models
Key participant in investor relations
Prepare regular reporting for bank compliance
Ad-hoc analysis & projects as needed to support business needs
Constantly improve processes and service levels
Requirements
7+ years progressive experience in related roles
Public company experience strongly preferred
CPA preferred, MBA a plus
Extreme attention to detail
Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation
Able to work effectively with partners ranging from staff level to company executive
Able to meet strict deadlines on a regular monthly and quarterly cycle
Analytical with an aptitude and desire for problem solving
Excel and Powerpoint expertise
