As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will possess strong progressive accounting experience and seek the challenge of working with a growing and dynamic finance organization. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, self-starting and results-driven, enjoying getting into the details, solving problems and being a critical player in a fast paced and evolving environment where wearing multiple hats will be required at times.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Complete preparation of SEC reporting documentation, including drafting the S-1 and prospectus, 10Qs, 10Ks, 8Ks, Proxy filings, Forms 3 and 4, and other registration statements and offerings, as required
Work with external auditors, attorneys and other Company functions within and outside of Accounting to prepare SEC filings
Responsible for managing the external SEC financial reporting
Monitor SEC rules and competitor quarterly/annual filings for major trends/developments in SEC reporting
Draft quarterly earnings releases, in close coordination with FP&A, Controller, Accounting Manager and the CFO
Be an integral part of our IPO preparatory work including preparation of our prospectus and drafting of the S-1
Monitor current developments of various accounting standard setting bodies and remain current on technical accounting literature to identify/assess possible changes to the company?s accounting policies, procedures and practices
Review current processes to ensure that appropriate financial controls and reporting controls are maintained throughout the organization
Assist with month end financial closes and account reconciliations
Generate monthly internal financial statements/reports
Participate in external auditor reviews and audits
Contribute to the Board of Directors presentations
Prepare monthly debt covenant compliance reports/certificates and other compliance reports as needed
Manage ad hoc projects and prepare responses to various requests for information
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA Required
8 - 10 years of progressive and responsible experience in general accounting, including financial statement preparation, SEC technical research and SEC reporting, with 5 years of big 4 or national tier public accounting experience desirable
Extensive knowledge of GAAP and demonstrated experience in researching and interpreting guidance
Experience in high-tech industry a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make well-reasoned and timely decisions
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Discipline to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task; exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy
Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Exceptional research and documentation skills
Highly ambitious and self motivated to succeed; strong leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning and execution required
Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills; excellent time management skills
