LogRhythm is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to join our team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado. In this role you will be responsible for providing administration and maintenance of LogRhythm ERP systems, specifically the finance and accounting modules. You will also be responsible for evolving and improving capabilities as they align to more efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in business analysis, process improvement, automated workflow design, and have deep hands on experience with accounting information systems, specifically Intacct. Required Technical Skills
MIS/Accounting Information Systems degree or concentration.
5+ years Accounting/Finance Systems experience
3+ years hands-on experience deploying, administering, integrating two or more ERP with focus on accounting/finance modules.
3+ years business analysis
Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems for a medium sized company or business unit.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and recognize impact on the accounting system when presented with operational requirements from multiple stakeholders (e.g.: sales, accounting, fulfillment).
Outstanding communication, coordination, documentation and organization skills
Dynamic and collaborative oral and verbal communication skills
Valued Skills and Certifications
Intacct BPO/CPA Certifications very highly regarded
Experience with the Salesforce.com integration module for Intacct
Experience working with any of the following information systems:
Salesforce.com
Avalara
BNA Fixed Assets
Have worked for a high tech software company
Project Management
Other relevant industry certifications (CPA, CCBA, CBAP, etc.)
