Job Description
The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of financial software, ensuring that all financial modules are meeting organizational needs. The individual will collaborate with IT and accounting staff to meet business requirements and may be responsible for end user training. This position typically reports to a project lead or manager.

Required Skills
Position Responsibilities
Ability to work with relational database concepts and client-server concepts
Must be able to understand and create reports analyzing the key operational drivers of business units
Possess strong time management skills, analytical and technical skills. Strong aptitude for working with numbers
Ensure that consistent practices are used throughout the company to maintain the integrity of the system
Ability to manage various special projects
Perform as an IT resource/point of contact for the Accounting Dept. (trouble shooting and access issues)
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Required Experience
Position Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting and/or Informational Systems from an accredited college/university
4 years experience within an IT function in an analytical role
2 years experience within an Accounting function
2 years experience with SQL and Accounting software (Great Plains)
2 years of advance usage of Microsoft Office Suite including strong Excel (macros, pivot tables, linking, etc.) and Access skills
Strong communications skills ? written and verbal
Position Qualifications (Preferred)
Masters degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university
Experience within the healthcare industry
CPA or CPA candidate
