The Clearedge Power Worldwide Service and Support organization is a growing group responsible for customer support, spare parts management, service engineering, service contract execution and field service of PureCell fuel cells.
The team takes full responsibility for customer sites after completion of powerplant commissioning and interacts directly with customers throughout the life of the fielded products
The successful candidates for these positions will support worldwide installations of the PureCell and PureComfort fleets in a state-of-the-art Remote Monitoring Center.
As power plant experts, candidates will work with new and existing monitoring systems to analyze the health of the fleets, troubleshoot power plant systems, support field service engineers and optimize power plant performance.
BS in Engineering is preferred, but a strong technical background in a related field will be considered.
3-5 years experience in field service engineering, systems engineering, troubleshooting, and powerplant controls
Must be willing to work all shifts
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communications skills
Ability to successfully handle high pressure situations
Excellent teaming skills
